Course Description
Shoolini University's PhD program in Human Resource Management prepares scholars for leadership roles. They learn to sharpen their critical thinking and develop specialised training in organisational, developmental, decision-making and communication skills. Our scholars understand and apply various methodologies and theoretical principles of managing, training and administering the most valuable asset: personnel.
